Aux Anysetiers du Roy was first a restaurant locatated in old Ile Saint Louis in Paris. At the end of his dinner, each customer was offered a gift: the small “herbs de Provence” crock , special blend prepared by Louis Lombard, who was the first to include lavender in the aromatic herbs blend.
